The shipping & handling charge for individual orders is a
flat-rate based on the total amount (not including tax) of

Can you tell me when my order will be delivered?
Small, lightweight and in stock items are often shipped quickly
for arrival within 3 days, at no added cost to our customers.
For larger orders, ground shipping may take up to 5-7 days. see

Why was my credit card charged even though I haven't received my order yet?
Many of our products are made-to-order. As a result, we cannot begin production until we receive a financial commitment from our customers. Therefore, payments
are processed immediately so we can begin work on your order.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes. We ship to Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, and the UK on a regular
basis, but there can be restrictions to other countries. Please
contact us for information.
We charge you our standard flat-rate shipping charge plus the
actual additional amount we pay the international carrier. We
use U.S. Postal Service Global Express or Federal Express services to keep the
delivery fast and reliable at a low cost.
